Room Wanted – Otley / Alwoodley (Up to £500–£515pcm)

I’m currently looking for a private room to rent in the Otley or Alwoodley area, ideally through a letting agency, but private landlords are also welcome. My budget is up to £500–£550 per month, preferably with bills included.

I’m a full-time working professional, clean, responsible, and easy to live with. I’m looking for a well-maintained property with good transport links and access to local amenities. A single room is preferred, but I’m open to other suitable options.

I’m ideally looking for a long-term arrangement (1–2 years) with a stable and well-managed tenancy.

I’m available to move in immediately or on short notice.
