Need a couple to take 2nd room on our lease!

Hi! My boyfriend and I (Morgan, 25, British, Me, 26, Aussie) are urgently looking for a couple to join us on a lease at Oval, 10 min walk from Vauxhall tube or Kennington tube. Were putting in the offer in the next couple of days.

It will be £1,000 per person. Its an amazing 3 bed 2 bath on the 5th floor with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room with a balcony. Furnished. Its well sized with lots of storage. We will each have our own bathroom. And there will be a spare guest room for us to use.

There is also a fully kitted gym in the building. Concierge etc etc Oval Village is a new build.

We are a super friendly, tidy couple. Thursdays - Sundays were usually socialising with our friends or at the gym. We love cooking, trying a new restaurant or having a pint at the pub!
