Hi! Im a 24yr Grad with a spare room in Marchmont

Hey I’m Sam!

I’m 24 and a second-year PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, based at King’s Buildings studying biology with the Akiyoshi lab. I grew up in Scotland and love to travel when I can.
My current flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend, so I’m looking for someone friendly and sociable to either move into my current 2 bed flat or buddy up with to find a new place together. I’m tidy, easygoing, and looking for a calm, relaxed home, but I’d also love to live with someone who enjoys hanging out now and then, whether that’s a movie night, dinner, or a trip to the pub.
Outside of work I’m usually keeping busy with rock climbing, cycling, running, and anything outdoorsy really. I’d love to live with someone kind, considerate, and up for creating a friendly home 😊
My current flat is a really nice 2 bed in Marchmont with a double room available at £800pcm with the ideal move in being 17th of May. Hopefully you can see the ad on my profile, or Im happy to send pictures and arrange a viewing :)
