Looking for a place to feel homey

Hi! I’m an artist recently moved to London and doing my MA from UEL. Looking to move in first week of June. I keep to myself usually but don’t mind the occasional socialising. Clean. Love pets. Not a fan of loud noises please :( Looking for a place where the female to male ratio is higher, just feelin safe reasons. No family homes as I would like the option to have a friend over sometimes! A shared living area/garden would be nice. Sometimes my work requires me to be home and work on my laptop, so a change of space within the home would be nice. And if you want someone to accompany you to a workshop or creative space, count me in! My max budget is £700 please but would appreciate if I can find something under that. I’m currently unemployed here.
