Quiet, clean student looking for a room or studio

I am a student currently based in Manchester, looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to live.

I am respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. I don’t smoke and I prefer a calm and peaceful environment. I spend most of my time studying or outside, so I am not noisy and I respect other people’s space.

I am ideally looking for a furnished room or a studio, with good access to transport. Cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere are very important to me.
