Hi there! My names Amber, I'm 27, from Hastings and I'm looking for a new place to call home from 8th May. (2026)
6 months minimum but would prefer longer term, 12 months+. Looking in Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill,
Fairlight and Rye. I am ideally looking for a room to rent or a studio/annex. Im friendly, mature and clean and love to take good care of the space I am living in. I have great references from my last two properties, as well as personal references from previous housemates.
I love swimming, sailing, nature, mindfulness, meditation and yoga, writing, poetry, organic food, live music, camping and spending time with family and friends.
I spend my days trying to heal my endometriosis and live a happy, calm and healthy life, I am self employed and recieve pip to help with my disability. I often go away for long weekends at a time over summer frequently.
Disabled & LGBTQ+, I love animals so don't mind if you have pets.
