Single/Double room for remote worker

Looking for a single room where I can comfortably WFH (I'm a remote worker, have frequent meetings)

6-month minimum let, open to more - £700 p/m inc. bills max

Am very sociable but would be prefer a calmer household, max 4 housemates, ideally around the same age. Mostly chill person and not party-mad but need a tolerant household thats comfortable with me bringing the occasional friend over, and for me to come home late etc.

Like keeping active with rock climbing, sports but also reading and the occasional arts and crafts.
