Professional female looking for calm, clean home

Hi! I’m a 34-year-old professional working full-time in London and I’m currently looking for a lovely room in a clean, well-maintained home.

I’m open to both East and West London and happy to consider different areas, provided there are good transport links into Victoria — ideally around 40 minutes.

I’m clean, tidy, respectful and very house-proud, and I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply a room. I’m friendly and sociable but also independent and enjoy having my own space.

I work Monday–Thursday and have a busy social life, so I’m often out seeing friends, going to the gym or away at weekends. I’m not looking for a party house, although I do occasionally have friends or family visit.

Ideally looking for:
• Good-sized double bedroom
• En-suite bathroom preferred
• Parking is essential
• Clean, modern and well-maintained property
• Bills included
• Good transport links to Victoria
• Friendly and respectful household
• Around £1,000 pcm, although I’m flexible depending on the property/location

I’m looking to move fairly soon and can provide references and any information required.
