Looking for a room

I'm looking for a room in a house/flat as my current tenancy is renewing, and flatmate moving out. Looking for somewhere closer to work, for convenience (and it’s a bit more social hehe). I would prefer to live with just *one* other person, living on or near a tram/bus route and a big supermarket (can’t resist a Big Tesco walk).

I’m flexible with tenancy start dates, but looking for something from May-June. Happy to buddy up though it’s easier to join an existing tenancy - saves a bit of frantic searching!

About Me:
I work 9-5 in the city centre (no WFH / daily in office) and spend my evenings and weekends either relaxing, doing chores or hanging out with friends, so am usually out during the week. When I’m at home I keep things quiet and peaceful; I like to read, have cosy movie nights, cook interesting veggie meals and do the occasional yoga session, so would like to live with someone with a similarly relaxed routine.

In my spare time I’m a big film fan, love art, thrifting / antiques and history, and am big into a wide variety of music; I love exploring Manchester’s cafes, bars and restaurants, doing pub quizzes and spending way too much time at the cinema!

Lifestyle stuff:
I’m clean and organized, and happy to divide up chores and responsibilities equally, chipping in with extra when necessary - if you value open communication and keeping shared spaces tidy, that’s perfect (though a little careful clutter is OK, it gives the place character 😉).
I don’t smoke and drink only socially, have no pets and don’t have or enjoy having house parties, so if you’re a big party person you may prefer someone else! 😅 If you like a coffee / tea or a glass of wine and a natter after work, however …. 👀

It would be great to be friends with whoever I live with, though it's OK if we live independently and don't chat much.
