Hello network! I am currently looking for a new place to call home starting in May 2026. As a graphic designer working at FXBO, I am looking for a quiet, professional environment.
Type: 1-Bedroom Flat, Studio, or a high-end 1-Bedroom share.
Location: Redhill or surrounding neighbourhoods.
Must-haves: High-speed internet (essential for my hybrid role), good natural light, and ideally a high EPC rating for energy efficiency.
Budget: Up to £1.2K pcm for a 1 bedroom flat or house, however I will consider any offers.
I’m a non-smoker, have no pets, and take great pride in keeping a clean and peaceful living space. I have excellent references and my deposit/first month's rent are ready to go.
