I am looking for a friendly & clean house preferably with other ladies (totally cool if you're a part of the LGBTQ community) who like socialising but can appreciate boundaries. I want somewhere I can stay relatively long term.

Ideally I need:
- An en-suite or private bathroom
- Access to a balcony or garden
- Good transportation links close by
- No more than 2 others housemates
** Bonus points if it's a serviced apartment with gym etc or new build apartment.
