Looking to buddy up

Hi,

My landlord decided to sell the current property I'm living in, so I will need to move soon.

I'm 39 years old from Germany, but have been living here for the past 14 years. I'm a Senior Lecturer in Illustration working at 2 unis as well as freelance, so I may work at home at times and don't mind if someone else does so too.

I have a female 6 year old cat called Mimi who's also good with other cats. Someone who's also creative would be great but not necessary.

I'm looking to buddy up to find a 2 bed in Hackney, Stoke Newington, Clapton area. I have my own furniture (a couch, small dining table with chairs and a cabinet to store both of our things in) for the shared living space, so finding an unfurnished property would be ideal.

I'd love to find a place to call home and to share it with a flatmate who wants to create a cosy beautiful place. I'm sociable but also respect alone time. I don't want to live in a party house but want it to be a home where we can throw the occasional dinner for friends.
