I'm 28 years old and have been in London since April on a working holiday visa.

I don't speak English very well yet, but I'm studying at a language school.
I like things neat and tidy, so I try to keep my room clean.
I haven't found a job yet, but I'm looking for part-time work.
I prefer rooms and bathrooms to be as clean as possible.
Ideally, I'd like a private bathroom, but it's fine if I have one or two flatmates.
I would also prefer an older female flatmate. I go out often, but I also value my time at home.
