Looking for flatmates for long-term stay! :)

Hi! I’m Olivia, and I’ll be entering my fourth year at Imperial College London this September. I’m currently looking for a flatmate (or flatmates) to share a place for at least a year, ideally in a 2–4 person flat. I already have a few options in mind, but feel free to propose your options! :)

I’ll also be interning in London over the summer, so I’d ideally like a place starting June and can be extended from then for a full year. However, I’m flexible, September or later move-in works for me too.

I’m hoping to find places that are close to tube stations, within about a 30-minute commute to Imperial. I’m happy to live with both male and female flatmates, though I have a slight preference for female.

I’m respectful of shared spaces, easygoing, and open-minded. I enjoy meeting new people and would love to become friends with my flatmates. You’re welcome to have friends over, but an early notice would be appreciated. I’m equally happy to socialise or give you space, depending on what you prefer.

I have two years of co-renting experience, and held a good relationship with my current flatmate (sadly she will not be in London next year). In my spare time, I enjoy going to the theatre, playing Nintendo games, and exploring delicious restaurants in London. I also like cooking and baking on weekends, and I’d love to share food🥰🥰

I am usually a late night person, but I’m happy to coordinate quiet hours and only stay at my own room during that time.

I think first impressions are important, so I’d be happy to FaceTime or meet in person before deciding.
