Room wanted from July 2026 - March 2027

Hey, I'm looking for a room to live in until March next year. Im a pretty chill and easygoing person, dont really mind alot of things. Currently on a student visa and will be getting a graduate visa once i graduate in June. I will be working while also applying for a permanent job until March next year at the latest.

The room I'm looking for could either be a single or double room somewhere in Edinburgh, not too far way from the city centre(within 30 minutes travel by bus), with a maximum rate of £500 pcm.

Living with me is either me just doing my own thing if im not working, and we could also hang out in common areas, cook together or even socialise and go out together, and hopefully build a friendship, as house harmony is important to me.

I dont mind smokers and drinkers(i am a smoker and drinker myself), I would pretty much be okay with anything, and wouldnt mind not smoking in the building either.
