I’m 56 and work full time in London. I have a quiet, settled routine and am looking for a long‑term rental in a calm and respectful home.

I’m planning a move to Orpington, Petts Wood or Chislehurst for its quieter residential feel and easy commute into London.

I'm ideally looking for an en‑suite or private bathroom for my own use, preferably in a female-preferred household. I value privacy and a peaceful environment and am specifically looking for a home with a clear no‑overnight‑guests arrangement.

I’m reliable, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space. I’m out at work during the week and keep a low‑key lifestyle. I’m happy to walk up to one mile to the train station and am flexible on the exact location within these areas.
