- 1-bed flat considered (within budget)
- En-suite room / house share also considered
- Furnished
- Good bus access to Bluewater Shopping Centre / work location
- Ideally within 30 mins commute
- Safe and comfortable area
Budget:
- Up to £900 pcm all included (flexible depending on property)
- Deposit full or 2 months instalments based on price
About Me:

- Can provide payslips, employer letter, references, and right to rent documents
- Clean, respectful, responsible, friendly and easy to live with
- Looking for a comfortable long-term base with potential for my partner to stay / move in later if suitable
