Looking for like minded flatmates

Hi! I’m a 28-year-old IT professional relocating for work and currently based around Esher on a hybrid setup (working from home 2 days a week).

I’m clean, tidy, and hygienic, and I really value a comfortable and well-maintained living space. I’m easygoing, respectful of others’ routines, and mindful when it comes to shared spaces.

I’m ideally looking to team up with like-minded people to find a flat/house together or join a friendly existing house share. It would be great to live with people who are sociable and open to occasional chats, meals, or outings—but who also understand and respect personal space and downtime when needed.

A good balance between a friendly, relaxed home environment and individual privacy is important to me. I’d love to create a place that feels like home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping things balanced—whether that’s exploring new places, grabbing food, staying active, or just having a chilled evening.
