Looking for a Room in SW London – Budget ~£800

Hi! I’m Lucy, 22, working full-time in central London (with 2 days working from home), and I’m currently looking for a room in SW London from May onwards (flexible on dates).

I’m ideally looking to spend around £800 pcm (ideally slightly less), and hoping to find a place that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

A bit about me - I’m really clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I take pride in keeping things nice. I’m sociable and would love to live with people who are up for the occasional dinner, pub trip or film night, but I also appreciate everyone having their own space and downtime.

Outside of work I enjoy going out for food, cooking, travelling, music, the gym, and a good pub night. I’d say I’m pretty easygoing and positive to live with.

Location-wise I’m mainly looking around SW London (Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Putney, etc.), ideally with good transport links into central.
