Professional, 25M - relocating to Ox

Hi, I’m Noel, 25, working as an AI Engineer in London, with a background in Math/Ai Research. I’m looking to relocate to Oxford as I only need to be in the office once a week and want to build a more active, community-focused lifestyle.

I enjoy staying active, mainly triathlon (swimming, cycling, running), as well as tennis, and anything outdoors. I’m keen to join local clubs and meet new people, so ideally looking for a friendly, social house that balances sociability with respecting downtime.

I’m tidy, organised, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces clean, respect people’s routines, but also enjoy a chat or doing something on weekends.

Looking for a furnished place with good access to Oxford city and ideally near green space. I’ll be bringing a bike (kept in my room) and would ideally need space for a desk as I work from home part of the week.

Pretty easy going on who to live with, ideally similar age, and people who are active, easygoing - but no stress on student vs professional.

I’m pretty flexible on budget for the right place, ideally looking for a double room with parking.
