Easy going professional looking for a room

I am a full time working professional (Civil Service) looking for a homely space to share with equally tidy and respectful housemate/s (preference is West / North & Central Cardiff). I have lived in Cardiff a long time and like to keep fairly busy, meeting friends, going to classes etc, and also do a bit of event stewarding now and then. I respect having privacy and down-time at home but am easy going and always up for a chat and being sociable too. I am quite flexible on my move date, I just need to move within the next 6 months (as of Apr 2026), so I am taking the time to find the right place.
