NHS worker looking for a homey space!

Hi! Im looking for a room in a friendly, warm and respectful household from early July.

I moved to London 3 years ago after finishing my Master’s at Oxford, and I’m now working and studying full time towards my dream career in genetic counselling in the NHS 📚Outside of that, I’m someone who is sociable but also values home being a calm, comfortable place to unwind.

I’ve lived in quite a few house shares over the years (due to moving to different cities), so I know how to be easy to live with and I have always had a good experience with spareroom! I’m clean, tidy, considerate, and pretty good at communicating in a way that keeps things relaxed and drama free. I’m sociable and warm, so I do enjoy a chat in the kitchen or sharing a meal now and then, but I also really value my own space and downtime. And of course, sharing my NHS discounts are a nice little perk ;) I also don’t smoke or drink.

I love living in East London (Bethnal Green, East Village and nearby areas) but I’m open to other places if the household feels like a good fit.

Outside of work, I’m into cooking, walks and nature, creative hobbies, chilled evenings, films, good conversation, spending time with friends and my partner, and gardening. I’ve been growing veggies in the allotment at my current house share, which I’m very proud of.

I’d love to live somewhere where people are friendly, clean and respectful, and where everyone has their own lives but still gets along well.
