MFA Student seeking Sept move-in in West London

Helloooo. I’m Amauriah, a 23-year-old performing artist and producer originally from the States. I’m moving to London in early September to begin my MFA in Classical Acting at LAMDA. I’ve spent the last few years in Washington, D. C., interning at the Kennedy Center, Arena Stage, and other local and professional theatres while finishing my BFA at Howard University.

I’m very used to shared living and value a space that is clean, peaceful, and respectful. Because my program is intensive, I’ll be quite busy during the week, but I’d love a home where flatmates are friendly and down to share a chat or a meal. I’m tidy, non-smoking, and I don't have pets (but I love them!)

What I’m looking for:
Move-in date: Early September (Flexible between end of Aug – beginning of Sept).

Location: Ideally West Kensington, Hammersmith, Barons Court, or Fulham (close to LAMDA).

Budget: £900pcm (Bills included preferred).

My rent is fully secured through my postgraduate student funding, personal savings, and a guarantor. Since I am currently finishing my semester in the U. S., I am looking for a flatmate or landlord open to doing a video tour. I can provide university acceptance letters and references upon request.
