Student Female seeks a double room

Hi, I’m a student at the University of Cumbria currently looking for accommodation for my placement period in Preston.

I’m looking for a short-term lease from 15th May to 11th July, with potential to extend to December if the property is suitable.

About Me:

* Responsible, respectful, and tidy student
* Will be out weekdays, weekends, and some evenings due to placement work and gym commitments
* Quiet tenant, mainly just looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay and rest
* Reliable and can provide references if needed

What I’m Looking For:

* Furnished room, studio, or shared house
* Bills included preferred
* Good access to placement location/transport links
* Flexible short-term tenancy (minimum 2 months)
