Master's student looking for flatmates!

I'm a 25 year old Master's student who will be studying at UCL in September. I'm looking for one or two other people to rent a flat with for 12 months. Ideally, I would like to move in mid-late September, but I can be a bit flexible. I would prefer to live with another female around 20 - 30, but still feel free to message me if this isn't you!

I'm quite a tidy, clean and quiet person and would like to live with someone who is the same. I also enjoy socialising and I'm more than happy with the occasional get together/ event/ night going out, but would generally like a calm environment to study and sleep in. I'm happy to share with both students and professionals.

I'm ideally looking to get somewhere as close to the UCL Bloomsbury campus as possible, I'm open to all areas of London within a 40 minute commute, but the closer the better. I would like to find somewhere that's either around £200 per a week (each) excluding bills or £250 per a week if it's including bills, however I can also be a bit flexible on this depending what's available.
