Short-term room needed: 12 October – 18 November |

I'm looking for somewhere to stay in Manchester for a fairly specific period: 12 October to 18 November, before I travel.

I've been living locally under a lodger agreement and the arrangement has worked very well. My current landlord is happy to provide a reference, which should hopefully make the practical side of things straightforward.

I'm pretty easy to accommodate. I'm not looking for a particular type of household or trying to find people with exactly the same lifestyle as me. If the house works, the location works and everyone is respectful of each other's space, I'm happy.

I'd ideally like somewhere in a good neighbourhood with reasonable public transport, although I don't need to be in the middle of Manchester. I also need somewhere secure to keep a bicycle.

My previous rent was £660 pcm including utilities and council tax, so that's roughly the level I'm hoping to stay around. I'm mainly interested in a short-term arrangement for those dates, rather than trying to turn a five-week stay into a permanent tenancy.
