Professional Jewellery Quarter flat share

Hi I’m Jack, I’m from London and I went to Newcastle uni for my undergrad and Nottingham Trent for my masters. I moved to Birmingham last August for a Graduate Surveyor role.

I’m currently in a one bed flat in the Jewellery Quarter and looking to move into a shared place for the social side and to save on costs. I’m looking for another young professional to find a two bed flat with in the Jewellery Quarter.

Budget is up to £900 including bills. Parking would be a bonus but I’m happy to continue using a street permit. An ensuite would also be ideal.

My tenancy ends on 7th August but I could move from July due to the upcoming Renters’ Right Act, so I’m fairly flexible.
