Hi, I’m a healthcare professional and I’m looking for a double room with a double bed.
My budget is up to £750 pcm (all bills included) and I’m looking for a clean, quiet and respectful house share.
Ideally I’m looking for:
* A property with a live-out landlord
* Parking available
* Located in Sydenham, Penge, Beckenham or Croydon areas
I am very tidy, responsible and easy to live with. I don’t smoke or drink and I value a peaceful home environment.
I’m ready to move immediately (from 1 May) and can attend viewings as soon as possible.
