Room/buddy up needed for August

Hi,

I’m moving to Manchester in August to start my grad job in Spinningfields and finish my chartered accounting exams. Was originally planning on moving with a mate but his plans fell through so trying to sort something else, open to moving in if you already have a flat or looking for somewhere new.

I’m sociable and like to keep clean. Big on sports, play a bit of football cricket and golf, might have the occasional Liverpool ticket going if that helps. Enjoy going to gigs and spent a lot of the last few summers either travelling or hiking in the lakes. Also always up for going for one or two drinks.

Wanting to keep to a budget of around 800 a month excl bills.
