Room/buddy up needed for August

Hi everyone,

I’m moving to Manchester in August to start a graduate job in Spinningfields while finishing my chartered accounting exams. I'm looking for either an existing house/flat share or people who want to find somewhere together.
Ideally, I’m looking for somewhere with enough space in the bedroom for a decent desk, as I might be working from home one or two days a week (although I expect to be in the office most of the time).

I’m sociable, easy going and like to keep clean and tidy. Outside of work I’m into a lot of sport. I play football, cricket a bit of golf and padel as well as watch a lot. I also enjoy going to gigs, travelling and hiking in the Lake District, and I’m always up for a trip to the pub or doing something at the weekend.

I do have a girlfriend who lives Oxford road way, so she’d probably stay over once or maybe twice a week, or I'd go to hers too. She’s at Northern Ballet School, is very nice and considerate, and would always be respectful of shared spaces.

I’m looking to spend around £800 per month, excluding bills, but there’s a little flexibility for the right place.
