Clean student looking for short-term room

Hi, I’m a final-year business student currently studying in the UK, graduating this summer. I’m looking for a short-term room from late June to early August (around 6–7 weeks, flexible) before my graduation ceremony.

Over the past year, I’ve been living in shared accommodation with local tenants, so I’m very used to a clean, respectful and easy-going living environment.

I’m tidy, quiet, and keep a regular routine (golf, some light gaming and studying), so I won’t cause any issues in the house.

I’m financially stable and can pay upfront if needed.

Ideally looking for:

A clean and comfortable room
Good internet (important for gaming/work)
Space to add a small desk if needed

Location-wise, I’m mainly considering Richmond, Chiswick, Ascot, Sunningdale, or nearby areas, but I’m flexible for the right place.
