Professional Lad ... Double Room?

I'm relocating to Bristol to be closer to work and and to start paramedic training in the Autumn. I'm 45 and currently work in music. I run my own business 35-hours per week alongside a 16-hour remote role.

I enjoy going out and attending events through work, but I'm looking for a professional laidback household with a relaxed vibe with housemates who also have a work/life balance.

I'm sociable and up for shared meals or hanging out, but also value my own space in similar instances. I'm tidy, considerate, easy-going and keep a clean comfy home. I enjoy live music with access to events (and can sometimes return the favour with some access for friends/flatmates) if that selfishly pushes me to the top of the queue. I'm also good with DIY and cooking.
