To Prospective Landlords,
I am writing to introduce myself and provide some information regarding my housing situation.
I am currently registered as homeless with Wirral Borough Council and am actively working with my housing caseworker, Lucy Hall, to secure suitable long-term accommodation.
As part of my housing assessment, I have undergone an affordability review through Citizens Advice, which has confirmed that I can afford rental payments of up to £700 per calendar month.
My income consists of:
Universal Credit (LCWRA element included)
Personal Independence Payment (PIP) paid every four weeks
My total monthly income is approximately £1,900 per month. Upon the commencement of a tenancy, the housing element of Universal Credit would be applied towards my rental costs.
I am able to provide supporting documentation to verify my income, affordability assessment, and housing status.
In addition, Wirral Borough Council can provide assistance with securing accommodation by arranging payment of the tenancy deposit and rent in advance directly to the landlord, with funds released promptly upon a tenancy being agreed.
I am seeking a stable, long-term home and would welcome the opportunity to discuss any available properties. If you require any further information, references, or supporting documentation, I would be happy to provide these.
