Description
Hi there
I hope you’re doing well. I’m a 21 year old (going on 22 in June) third year UofE student studying politics. I’m currently looking for an lgbt friendly (as I am a gay man) and quiet flat for my fourth and final year of university. Ideally, this will be from June 2026 to June 2027.
Previously, I have lived with two boys near Haymarket (in my second year) and two girls in the Old Town (in my third year) from varied degree programmes, so I’m used to living with different kinds of people. As for me, I’m a reasonably quiet, neat and proactive person. I’m up early in the mornings for lectures and spend most of my time at the library. As for the evenings, whilst I don’t hate clubbing and partying, I prefer these things in moderation. I prefer my evenings to be cozy and homey. I love to cook, read a book, watch a movie and much prefer the occasional outing at the pub.
Previously, I have lived with two boys near Haymarket (in my second year) and two girls in the Old Town (in my third year) from varied degree programmes, so I’m used to living with different kinds of people and moving from flat to flat. Moreover, I am extremely fortunate to come from a comfortable background. Therefore rent, deposits and guarantors have never been and will never be an issue. As I suggested earlier, I prefer a calm, friendly and respectful home environment. If that is the kind of flatmate you're looking for then I’d be keen to answer any questions and arrange a flat viewing!
