Im a student looking for a room

Hi! I'm Nina, a postgraduate student at Imperial College London, starting my studies this August. I'm currently looking for a single room to rent in London, preferably for a 12-month contract.

About me:
- A quiet, clean and responsible person. I keep my own room tidy and always respect shared spaces.
- I'm non-smoking, do not party at home, and do not have pets.
- I value my own privacy and will respect yours, but I'm happy to be polite and friendly with flatmates.
- I'm reliable with rent payments and can provide proof of funds or university references.

What I'm looking for:
- A single room in a clean and safe flat/house
- Location: within walking distance to Imperial's South Kensington Campus or Canary Wharf
- Budget: up to £1200 per month (including bills).
- No damp/mould, preferably in a quiet residential area.
