Looking for pet-friendly accommodation- August

Hello everyone,

My name is Ananyaa, I’m 23 years old and originally from the U. S, currently living in Berlin. I’ll be starting my Master’s at The Courtauld Institute of Art this September, and I’m currently looking for a pet-friendly room in Clerkenwell or Islington. My budget is 1000£ flexible. I am able to provide a reference letter form my current landlord as well as a separate letter regarding my dog. I also able to provide my right to rent.

I have an 11-year-old yellow Labrador named Ginger. He’s very friendly, gentle, and well-mannered. As an older dog, he spends much of the day resting and is very low-maintenance. I will arrange pet insurance for him upon moving to London and am happy to pay any pet-related fees if required. Ginger gets along well with other dogs; however, he hasn’t been around cats before, so I can’t say for certain how he would react. As a bonus, you’ll get all the cuddly benefits of having a dog—without any of the cost or poop-picking responsibilities! I am sharply to send over a pet CV for him.

I recently completed my undergraduate degree in Berlin and am hoping to move in around August or September. Ideally, I’m looking for a ground-floor or first-floor apartment so Ginger doesn’t have to manage too many stairs, and having access to a garden would be a big plus.

A little about me: I’ll be studying History of Art and love spending time in museums. I’m also an avid reader of historical fiction and a big coffee enthusiast. I’d describe myself as clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I vacuume at least once a day due to Labrador reasons. While I value my own space, I’d also love to live with someone who could become a friend. I really enjoy cooking and baking—especially when I get to share what I make.
The room doesn’t need to be furnished, but that would be a bonus.
