Spacious double room wanted in a home🩷

🧚🏼‍♀️💼🌿I’m Amelia, I’m 24, female, in my first year of a sustainability consultancy grad scheme. I’m sociable and catch up with my friends very often, but am also definitely love being at home and have chill time reading, watching tv, painting, chatting, cooking. I like an early night in the week, and am often away or out seeing friends on the weekends, going to gigs, festivals, museums, galleries, parks, trips, etc.

🏡I would love to move into a property that feels like a home, with sociable yet independent housemates. It is really important to me for my housemates to be clean and respectful of each other’s space, time, sleep etc. It would be lovelyyy to have a garden or at least an outdoor space / patio / balcony / terrace, and a decent size kitchen and living room. I want to move into a place that has a homely vibe, where everybody gets along as friends not just housemates (no more than 4 total in a house though!). I also have a car so parking would be fantastic!

🛌I’m looking for a double room, with a wardrobe and chest of drawers or equivalent storage space, room for a desk (I work from home 2x a week- if no space for a desk then I will need space in the shared living area), and ideally not too small a bedroom.

⏱️I have to move out of my current flat by 31st May, but ideally looking to move between 25-30th May.

🚊 Currently I work in Moorgate until October when my office is moving to Cannon Street.
It’s really important to me to be less than 10 mins walk from the nearest station, and I want to be able to get to work in less than 40 mins.
