After ten rich years wandering the spice-scented lanes of India and the sun-drenched shores of Thailand, I am finally journeying home. I am a 60-year-old retired professional—with the curiosity of someone half my age—seeking a tranquil, tidy, and welcoming nest as I gently reintegrate into life in the UK.

### The Essence of Me

I am a non-smoker, an occasional social drinker, and a devoted enthusiast of the quiet life. My days are spent in gentle exploration: revisiting beloved old corners and discovering new ones, come rain or shine. When indoors, I am often writing my memoirs or plotting my next local adventure, always quietly and considerately.

I cherish good conversation and genuine connection, but I hold privacy sacred. I thrive in calm, respectful environments and am ideally suited to a household free from loud noise or constant upheaval. You’ll find me retired to my room by 11 PM, ensuring peace for all.
