Hello! I’m a friendly, considerate professional currently on sabbatical to do a masters at LSE. I will go back to my old job when I graduate. I can provide proof of my salary when at work and savings to pay rent. I can also provide a UK guarantor.

What I’m looking for:
The property: a one bedroom or LARGE studio apartment. Ideally unfurnished but open to other options.
Location: Elephant & Castle, Walworth, Camberwell, Peckham, or New Cross or others further afield that are lovely - happy to be persuaded!
Budget: Up to £1,500 per month (excluding bills).
Ideally: dishwasher and washing machine
