Room/Annexe Wanted

Seeking 1 x room for myself and my dog. Friendly, clean, organised female that works full time so is out the house most days, and also have horses, so am kept busy! Have been in a couple of house shares before and happy to give other tenants more privacy, or have a more friendly environment where we can all relax in shared spaces together. Happy to cook too!

Dog is medium sized female, very well behaved and comes everywhere with me so never left alone. Happy for the room to be in a shared house with shared facilities, or in its own section of the property. A private en-suite would be a huge bonus but not necessary! Ideally looking for a property with a garden for the sake of my dog, but will always clean up any mess she makes out there and its rare for her to do so as shes so often running around at the stables or at work with me.
