30 y/o friendly professional new to manchester

Hey! Im relocating to Manchester after spending the last 4 years in north wales (where I moved to from brighton.) Im very used to sharing and would love to meet one or two like minded people who are respectful and clean and just nice. Im pretty chilled out. I like the home to feel like a home for us both/ all. I think its nice to help each other out to keep the space tidy and just have general good communication about what's working / isnt. Ive moved around a lot and would like to settle down a bit now. I like to climb, listen to music, make art, socialise, and also sometimes, do absolutely nothing xo
I have 3 years of carpentry experience, but will be working in a climbing wall in manchester and probably doing bar work too. I doubt I will be in the house too much to be honest
