My Preferences:
Room Type: I am specifically looking for a box room or a small single. I don't need a lot of space—just enough for a bed and a desk!
Budget: Up to £400 for a box room or £500 for a single (ideally inclusive of bills).
Location: Flexible, as long as it’s a safe neighborhood with a reasonable commute to Central London.
Move-in Date: As soon as possible.
