Searching for a room in Falmouth

I'm a university student studying geography at the university of Exeter (Penryn campus) about to go into my final year of university. I live here full time and I'm looking for a room to rent for the coming year; my current lease ends June 28th so I'd like to find somewhere that's available from around the 20th onwards to give me some time to move from one place to another.
