New to Ldn - looking for friendly house share

Hi! I’m Tess and I’m looking to move to Ldn sometime in July for my new job. I’m currently based in Cambridge, working in Outreach and Access for the uni, but I’ll be starting a new job working in theatre programming for ATG. I start in June and will commute for a month or so, but want to move to Ldn eventually. This means I’m flexible on move in dates and can come for house viewings in the evening post work.
I currently own a car and am contemplating bringing it to Ldn too, so a place where I can get a permit would be ideal. Other than that, I would just like to be north of the river.

A little about me:
I currently live in a friendly and social house share and really love it. As i don’t know loads of people in ldn I would like to move in somewhere where you’re all friends rather than ships in the nights. I am vegetarian and love to cook and bake (occasionally I’ll try to impress you with my pastel de natas). I have a sourdough starter Ive kept alive for 6 years, and I’m just broken into kombucha making. I’ve also really gotten into gardening and fixed up my currently place’s garden with lots of potted plants like dahlias and tomatoes (I’d love a garden or patio in my new place ideally). My current flatmates claim that if I wasn’t queer I’d make an excellent tradwife.
I am more of a pub>club person and would like to go out for a drink occasionally or share a bottle of wine in the house.
I’m also super into film and theatre and would love to have movie nights or go out to the cinema with flatmates. I also do latin dance and regularly compete with my team in cambridge.
I’m an average runner, and below average squash player, if anyone fancies joining me for Parkrun.
I’m also super crafty and enjoy knitting and dressmaking. I’ve loved making things for my current house like xmas decorations and placemats- you too could be treated to such luxuries!
