Friendly House or Studio Wanted!

Hello all,
My name is Nicola, I'm 23, and I'm excited to begin my professional role in Ealing, in September 2026!

I am looking for a house to feel like a home, with people who are after the same. As for the house specifics, I am largely flexible in my search.

Essential:
- Less than 1 hour travel to W5 5BW.
- 7 days a week occupation.
- A house share where I can meet the flatmates before signing OR a studio apartment that I can visit in person first.
- Minimum 6 month tenancy (ideally, long-term).
- Hamster allowed! Please read - he stays in his own cage, in my room and is very quiet. He's my little buddy, more of an Emotional Support Animal, and will NOT in any circumstance damage/mess-up/negatively affect the living space. He's a good boy, stays in his own space and does not under any circumstance go on furniture.

Preferable:
- Bills included (Though, with support as to how to set up the bill payments, I am open to otherwise!)
- To move in early September/Late August (Though, for the right place I may be able to make a little sooner work!).

About me:
I am respectful, clean and friendly. I have just enjoyed a gap year after studying and I am very very keen to get back into the real world again.
I enjoy both the occasional night out and evening in (with more of a preference for in!) and am really excited to explore new opportunities, meet new people and begin my life properly.
