!! Looking for 11/12 months let starting from END OF MAY !!

Hello!!
My name is Riccardo, I am an art student in Farnham, near London. Unfortunately, living with students in Farnham could not satisfy my cleaning and environment standards. I am moving to Brighton to find a more suitable adult living condition with mature and respectful housemates with my same values.

I am looking for a double room in Brighton.
I would appreciate finding a house with a positive peaceful environment, a clean house that truly feels like home.
I would be very happy to share the house with peaceful, sweet, interesting people that are open to communication, conversation and sharing.

I am very committed to my life and artistic journey and would be amazing to share the space with someone that is on a similar journey.
At the same time, I love to get to know people that have different perspectives and are open to a nourishing exchange of knowledge and thoughts.

It would also be very important for me that the house have a garden space( even small) or the already existing possibility of growing food and edible plants.

If you have a garden, I would be happy to take care of it!!

Something about me: I am a very clean and peaceful housemate. I appreciate interesting conversations and sharing a meal as well as respecting everyone's personal space and being by myself, I love plants and am currently researching natural pigments to make my art more conscious and elaborate. I am also very interested in paper making from organic matter. I am very curious about anything that grasp my attention and always seeking to learn particular things and manual skills. I would most likely not be in the house too much as I am a bit workaholic and during the day I spend quite a lot of time in the workshops researching for my art. I love food and cooking, especially for other people, I guess my Italian origins played an important role in this.
