Looking for a 1 Bedroom Property in the Lewisham B

I am 55 I am friendly, clean and polite and I am desperate to find a nice property to live and somewhere nice for my daughter and granddaughter to visit. I have worked all my life until I was seriously ill with sepsis shock, I'm now unable to work but try to live a fulfilled life as best I can. Being close to family and friends is important to me and staying somewhere where there are other people it is important that they are respectful, clean and tidy as I have been in a HMO for the last 5yrs and it was fine until certain tenants came and my life has been hell for the last 18 months and could not bare a repeat situation. I preferably want my own place with kitchen and bathroom but under exceptional circumstances would make an exception, I would also prefer a place where the bills are included if I went to a shared accommodation
