I run a web design agency and am currently looking for a room in the Holt, Wiltshire vicinity. I’m a focused, active professional looking for a high-quality space to recharge between busy days.

If you’re looking for a flat mate who is respectful, exceptionally tidy, and rarely underfoot, we’ll get along great.
- The Work Life: I’m passionate about what I do and work out of the Glove Factory Studios in Holt seven days a week. I’m usually out the door early and back late, so I’m a very low-maintenance housemate.
- The Lifestyle: Fitness is a huge part of my routine; I’m at the gym five days a week. When I’m not at my desk or training, I’m usually out hiking or walking other people's dogs (though I do enjoy a drop of a good single malt now and again!).
- The Family: I have two amazing sons who are a massive part of my life, though my time with them usually happens away from the house.

Because my schedule is so demanding, I’m looking for a peaceful, clean, and mature environment. I’m not looking for a "party house" - just a friendly, well-maintained home with people who appreciate a quiet, productive lifestyle..
