Looking for 1-bed flat / house, or large studio

I am looking for a 1-bed flat / house, or very large studio (large enough for there to still be a living area).

I earn approx £5000 a month self-employed, and can provide my last tax return (£66k). I can very easily afford rent around the £1500 a month mark.

I do not want any double-rooms. I currently live in one where I'm paying £1000 a month and have a reference from them showing I've never missed rent.

I've had an issue with referencing recently, because I have a few minor defaults that I'm paying back each month and should be settled by the end of the year. I took out credit for a family member who did not pay it back. I have no CCJs, bankrupties, or IVAs.
