Looking to rent a room

I am a retired male who does the occasional dog walking, and dog sitting at dogs own home.
I am easy going and looking for somewhere friendly and comfortable.
I am ex forces and very patriotic
I am looking for a double room preferably with en suit but not essential with all bills included and parking.
I am very easy going about a potential flat mate can be either male or female.
All I ask for from them is to give me my own space when I need it.
Also very fine if others have pets.
