Room to rent/ buddy up

Hi! I’m a young female professional looking for a room to rent in Manchester from August, as I’ll be starting a new job as an environmental consultant in September. I’m friendly, tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I have a stable income and will always be reliable with rent and bills.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable home in a safe area with good transport links. Ideally, I’d love to live with other friendly professionals in a relaxed and respectful household.

A little about me - I love reading, music, animals, and being outdoors whenever I can. I’m always up for a pub garden in the sunshine, exploring new places, or a cosy night in with good food, a film, or a chat. I also love to bake, so there’ll never be a shortage of sweet treats in the house.

I’m sociable and enjoy a friendly home atmosphere, but I also really value personal space and keeping the house peaceful and tidy. I’m a non-smoker and would be a considerate, easy-going housemate.

I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels like home rather than just a place to stay.
